On Tuesday 1st December St Peter’s First School took part in a day of workshops run by the Somerset Waste Partnership called ‘Sustainable Christmas’

Children were asked to bring in their own rubbish and make festive decorations and crafts and learn about simple ways to reduce waste at this time of year.

Many thanks to Mrs Cheryl Howells, one of our higher level teaching assistant who organised this event. Great fun was had by all and our Christmas tree looks fantastic!!
